Our ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, October, 24, 2026 at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards just outside of Charlottesville.

We have a full weekend of events that you can see on our schedule page. We’ll be adding more detail as we get closer to the big day!

We strongly recommend booking in our room blocks at Boar’s Head Resort and The Forum (details on the Travel page) as transportation to and from Saturday’s venue will be provided.

Attire for the ceremony and reception is Black Tie.

Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party is Cocktail.

Golf Attire for The Brider Cup and Casual for the Farwell Brunch

Charlottesville temperatures in late October range from mid fifties to mid seventies with cooler temps in the evening.

The Brider Cup, Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Cocktail Hours will outdoors.

The reception will be indoors!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration apart from our ring bearer and flower girl (Kate’s nephew and niece).
